Treating depression, several drugs are available. Medications usually take four to eight weeks to become fully effective. In some cases, a combination of antidepressants may be necessary.
So for treating depression, you can use
-SSRIs, such as Prozac or
-SNRIs such as Effexoror
-sinequan
Sometimes an antidepressant combined with a second antidepressant from a different class, or a different type of medication altogether, can boost the effectiveness of an antidepressant alone.
For treating anxiety you can use Xanxa or valium. This will help you with sleep too.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
