How Can Severe Anxiety Be Treated?

Hi, i am suffering from anxiety i do not know what should i call it but whenever i get something important for example presentation or sitting in the silent classroom my stomach get nervous and make weird sounds...Although i do not usually do breakfast before attending class because i know what is gonna happened to me in class even in the normal class...i do not know what should i do..my life sucks...plz help me!

Hi,

Making sounds can be due to an empty stomach and gas so nothing to worry about that. You take plenty of liquids and take light meals it will relieve.

But so for anxiety is concerned you need to see a psychiatrist to discuss your problem with him and he will guide you better.
