Dear patient,
I see that your main problem is that your conditions and their respective treatment can exacerbate each other. Treatment for anxiety, like xanax or valium with lower even further your concentration, while adderall will increase your anxiety.
The neurotion you take for anxiety is not enough to alleviate your condition. I think that solving the anxiety issue related to relationships, the way people see you and self-esteem is the first thing that you should be taken care of. This needs the help of a therapist, who with his/her experience will help you to discover the roots of this insecurities and also to build new good models on where to base your self-esteem and how to see your relationships.
After establishing this vital models, you can than start using adderall, and thus treat ADHD.
I understand that it may sound very easy when you read this and you know that in reality it is very difficult for you and it will take a lot of time, but the truth is that this is the only way, at least the only one that will endure as long as you live.

I hope I have helped you somehow to understand your condition better.
I wish you health,
Eni Manoku, M.D.
