How Can Severe Anxiety Be Treated?

Having severe anxiety . Taking Rosuvastatin, Levothyroxin 75mcg. alternating with88 mcg. Metoprol tar 25 mg 2 times daily,Lorazepam 0.5 mg as needed , generic for Bactrum 400-80mg for 10 days ,81 mg Aspirin nightly. Can Not control patience, Unable to relax. Sleep only 3 0r 4 hour a night. Are any of these meds creating described problem? YYYY@YYYY
