How Can Severe Anxiety, Stress And Panic Disorder Be Treated?

I suffer from severe anxiety, stress, panic disorder, thyroid disease, tachycardia, asthma n allergies. Pnemonia twice n last 4 yrs. Last time was back in March. My oxygen levels are going up and down from like 89 to 98. I m weak, tired, exhausted, and all I want to do is sleep. No temp. No appetite, sometimes can t sleep. Don t know if I should go to ER or not.

you should go tower and get investigated fer thyroid and other problems unare having .once the tests are done the diagnosis can be made and treatment started
