How Can Severe Arthritis Be Treated?

HI. I have been seeing a pain management Dr for over 10 yrs. the one I found that helped mand I trusted relocated 3 hrs away. So I would have someone drive me like every other month. Never had a problem had injections nerve blocks, tens unit, braces etc. I have severe arthritis in various locations in my body . I have an abnormal sacral area and constant pain in my groin hips and left leg with now permanent numbness in my left foot causing very deep coalesces and painful walking on my ft foot. I have an interment high tolerance for some reason to melds even gen anesthesia where I have awaken during surgery.. I am the mother of 5 children and I need to work. I never had any issues with any of my urine screens as I had them every visit . Over the last year and a half I had been seeing the nurse practitioner or pa and my last visit when I arrived I had told them I wasn t feeling well. I.e. Vomiting/diarrhea and slight dehydration from a med I was on for an infection. I asked to urinate at which time I was always given a cup. It was pouring down ran and I felt terrible wanted to just get home. I saw the pa she gave me my scripts and as I was leaving they said oh we need a urine. After I had held what I could for the 3 hrs drive. I told them I don t think I can go. I have been dehydrated and already sick and just went. They gave me water to drink and I was forcing down about 24 ounces and literally brought some back up. I told them I can t go and I really can t drink anymore. I was the first pt that morning The girls gave me an attitude and wouldn t let me speak to my Dr. I was so sick and upset and angry that I walked out. They discharged me and would not let me speak to my dr at all and did not give him the full story. I m very sick and in pain and I can t get an appt with another pain management Dr. What do I do?
