How Can Severe Backache And Leg Ache Be Treated?
Hi i am suffering from back pain from many years.my mri says posterior disc building at L5-S1 level causing intendation over thecal sac without signifiant compressive elements.because of back pain i have started getting pain in my legs also.i cant do running and i cant hit gym pls help

Pain in legs suggest compression on the nerve roots leaving the spinal cord... the condition being aaggrevated over the years.
You would need pain medicines, steroid injection,physiotherapy or surgery as per need.
Consult a spinal surgeon for specofic advise after evaluation of health .(physical examination &recent MRI.
