hi i m Manish Kapadiya a health person my question is hear I have a lot of pain in my backside i will do medical check up body check up and digital x ray also but no result please give me a reason and suggestion what can i do now is there any medicine to solve my problem please give me an answer quickly sir.

may be your sitting posture is not correct.. since a long time.. that's why backache occurs.. first u have to observe ur sitting posture and sitting hours.. n Di some back strenghtning exercises to make muscles stronger... take calcium tablets once in a week and if possible drink fresh wheat grass juice early morning empty stomach and don't have anything till 1hour..and don't take excessive painkillers as these have many side effects.. modify your lifestyle
