How Can Severe Constipation, Occurring Over Days, Be Treated?

Dear Doctor, I have problem for constipetion. last ten days I have to push very hard for toilet. It is very hard to start every morning for last ten days. Once it starts no problem. I am taking following four medicines 1.Thyronorm- 75 mg one in morning. 2.Enzyme - one in morning 3. Losartan-HCTZ - 12.5 mg- one in morning 4. Florastor- 210 mg- one in morning. Can you tell me what sholud I do to make it my motion soft and easy. Thanks

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation.

I recommend using over the counter option like Miralax.

I also recommend using daily probiotics.

I suggest drinking a lot of liquids and eating a fiber-rich diet.
