How Can Severe Constipation Post Intake Of Antibiotics Be Treated?

Hi, I am 64 years old, relatively active and female. I teach full-time. I recently was sick with acute bronchitis and on antibiotics and prednisone. (3 weeks ago) Now I am so constipated. I have dry hard stools. I drink quite a bit of water each day (6 glasses) and take a stool softener but still no real change. Do you have some suggestions?

You take syp tavalose four spoon during nite and isphgol husk and and stop to use prednisone bcz it also cause constiption,,
