You feel out of control, can’t express sadness , go through several conflicts , feel nervous , helpless, alone, lost , fear & afraid all the time, can’t help my self or think about it , just achieve some tasks , confused, detached , have no energy to do anything even studying or thinking about future projects, blaming my self all the time about everything even for losing all of that time in pain, bothered all the time , feel it difficult to chat with people when ever I decide to do so, pained, severely emotional & sensitive all the time , can’t judge issues will or give appropriate opinions, pretending happiness & everything is under control.
