How Can Severe Depression And Insomnia After A Break-up Be Treated?

Hi, I had a relationship mainly long distance of 6 yrs with the consent of our parents. Recently she broke up as she felt I have hurt her self respect. She has kept herself away from me since then. I am pursuing PhD in chemistry and I feel i am going into severe depression and insomania

Hello and greetings

One way to decrease such type of depression is to become more social. Speak to your friends and family members. I know that breaking six year long relationship hurts much but then it wasn't in your hand. You did best, be content o brother.

Many things happens in life and we start going into depression for every unfortunate incident then that will make our life worse. God has given you immense blessings.... Be happy.

For these issues, solving/forgetting the problem is better than going after medicines.
