How Can Severe Depression And Terrible Guilt Over Little Things Be Treated?

Hello Doctor, I feel sad and lonely most of the times. I hate myself for something that happened to me in the past and feel like God s punishing me. I always want to please people and feel terrible over little things. I think a a lot and dream too frequently.

Hi. From the brief history you have given you might be suffering from depressionand anxiety. However an assessment wil be necessary to evaluate you and prescribe approp treatment. Therapy might also be a good choice to aid in the treatment
