How Can Severe Earache After An Injury Be Treated?

I had a recent blow to my ear on tuesday and it was a very hard hit. Ever since then I have serve pain when brumping and swallowing. I have loss hearing and it is very muffled. I just put perxiode in my ear and it caused very serve pain in which I could very tolerate it.

Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I read your query and here is my answer.
Did your ear bleed after trauma? Was there any blood on your ear? The trauma may have injured the ear drum thats why you may have a hearing loss. But it will be temporary in this case. Just clean your ear, don't put anything inside. Avoid water getting inside. Take some strong pain killer if there is severe pain. Or contact your doctor. it will take sometime to recover.
