How Can Severe Fatigue After Norco Withdrawal Be Treated?

I just decided to quit taking my Norco 10 2 x s per day. I have had hep c but it has been cured w interferon. I now have no energy and usually have a lot. my doctor had prescribed Cymbalta. But I have 30 mg capsules. i don t want to start on a new drug but am desperate to get the brain working right again. how can i trick my brain into working right again?

Norco is an opioid analgesic and causes addiction. The withdrawal from it should be done gradually lowering dose letting the body get used to it.
