I have severe fatigue in late afternoon early evening, Anemia probably due to Stomach By-Pass surgery and malabsorption disease afterwards leading to several intravenous iron infusions. The last one in Feb 17, but currently 172 Ferritin and blood work is good. I take many vitamins/minerals including 2 types of iron, daily. I loose the volume of my voice and go horse for an hour or so often. Blood pressure seems good at those times and blood sugar levels good as well. I have periods with difficulty walking, weak leg muscles, shuffling feet, tripping/falling, then later on my strength may return. Worse after sitting for a while and then trying to walk. I use a cane when I go out like to the mall or stores, especially camping with the Scouts on uneven ground. Daily lower leg cramps, mostly in the evening, no swelling though, once so severe I was taken by ambulance to hospital... Sudden onset of hypertension Oct 16 to the present, Amlodipine, Metropolol, Lisinopril now. Often suffering confusion feeling lost , I temporarily don t recognise where I am , which is somewhat disconcerting, but fleeting and I remember and move on. Lupus test came back mildly positive in Oct 16, in the 400 s. Subsequent blood tests show no dna damage, no symptoms other than 2 nodules were found in my lungs March 17, that were only scars by Sept 17, upon Cat Scan retesting. Heart ultrasound, walking stress test negative. I just have a large panel of blood tests that were all within normal limits, Thyroid, Liver, Heart, several absorption tests such as iron, CBC and Hematocrit were good as well. Any ideas?
