Hello,

You may develop anxiety neurosis which may cause palpitations and insomnia. Do yoga and meditation. Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks. Regular exercise and green leafy vegetables may useful. If symptoms not improved, please consult your psychiatrist he will examine and treat you through medicine and cognitive behavioral therapy.
