How Can Severe Fatigue While Suffering From Fibromyalgia Be Treated?

I am 39 and suffer from fibromyalgia and have some knee and feet issues. So not very active. I try and eat healthy n push my self to physically keep active as much as is possible for me (swim once a week as well) but recently I’m always tired and my bp is always above 155/103. I hv been on vit d and painkillers for a number of years now and had gestational diabetes.
