How Can Severe Foot And Ankle Pain Be Treated?

I ve been having really bad foot pain. It starts at the heal and into the ankle. My heal always feels bruised and my ankle feels like it s breaking. I stand for all hours a day for my work. I went to my doctor and he keeps prescribing nerve medications.

it can be calcanium spur take x-ray of heal to exclude spur. can use padded shoe.take hifenacptablet twice daily. have physiotherapy.
