How Can Severe Hair Loss After A Hysterectomy While On Thyroid Medication Be Treated?
I just had a hysterectomy and having problems with hair loss; I am 70 years old. Would you recommend horm one replacement or herbal supplements, progesterone cream or creams with natural estrogens. When I went through menopause I used on progesterone cream and soy protein. I am takin g thyroid meds so I was told soy would not be a good idea. Thank you

1.take nutritious foods.
2.take about 3 litres of water a day.
3.avoid stess.
4.sleep about 8 hours a day.
5.take multivitamin and iron tablets once daily in night.
