How Can Severe Hair Loss For The Past 8 Years Despite Trying Several Medications Be Treated?
I am 28 years old male. I am suffering from hair fall from last 8 years. Hair have become very thin. Since last 1 year, I have dandruff also. I have used scalpe and protar K shampoo, I apply coconut oil 2 times a week. I tried onion juice also. Last month one dermatologist suggested Topisal 3% lotion. All of these give relief for 1 2 days, but then dandruff comes back. I also have slight itching on scalp when dandruff comes back. I have also taken Folihair and keraglo tablets for 2 months. Also tries hair4u and qsera spray. After trying all of this, I am not getting any solution that gives permanent benifits. Please help.

Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to seborrheic dermatitis. If you send some pictures of hair loss then it will be more helpful to understand the pattern of hair loss. For this long term topical medications will be needed. Topical corticosteroids like clobetasol also helps. Thanks.
