How Can Severe Headache Along With Frequent Vomiting Be Treated?

My daughter, age 11, is complaining of a severe headache. The pain is at the front of her head and is constant (not throbbing). She is vomiting about every 30 minutes. She falls asleep directly after she vomits and then wakes up again when she feels the next urge to vomit.
