How Can Severe Headache Be Treated For A Person Diagnosed With Hepatitis B?

I was diagnosed with Hep B not to long ago. It has not advanced to a chronic stage. But I have very bad headache and i am not sure what i should take to ease it off. I was advised to try to stay away from any form of Acetaminophen. So I am unsure about what i can take for headaches and aches and pains.
