I had gone through your history and understood your medical aspects.
Upper respiratory infections can be due to bacterial or viral infections. As you were complaining of sore throat, most probable cause may be viral infection.
In viral infections headache is a very common symptom.

As there is no specific treatment for viral infections, only symptomatic treatments are preferred. For cough and sore throat you were using flonase and cough pills which are sufficient.

Coming to headache, pain relievers such as acetaminophen and ibuprofen can be preferred. Take rest for more time and drink plenty of water. These will relieve your symptoms and make you better soon. We hope for a speedy recovery.
