How Can Severe Itching And Dryness On The Scalp Be Treated?

hi! I have been going through a series of testing for itching. It started in July of 2017 when I stayed in a motel process of moving any way I discovered I inherited head lice which I had a month before I knew what it was I went to the hospital and I was told to get this stuff called rid and I did. I had them pretty bad anyway I used this stuff and I had like third degree burn on my scalp my whole head was bleeding and since that point I have had bad things happening to my scalp. this is no joke, Im 68 yrs old and have been very depressed over this. I had long thick hair which I did cut and now I am losing it. my hair. I get these small lumps on my scalp and I have given itching stuff for my skin scalp. Today I went to see a dermatologists and give Fexofenadineand some other shampoo anda solution for itching. that s not really what im concerned about. I want to why my hairs is still falling out and what the lumps are. The lumps do come and go. everything as far as head thing is gone. No bugs. It s been 4 months since went through this and I cant seem to anything else a antihistame. can you help me
