How Can Severe Itching On The Testicles Be Treated?

Since past 4 months from mid Feb 2018, I ve been experiencing severe itching under my groin area specifically on testicles. I ve consulted few dermatologists in Australia and India but I m still facing this problem. The Australian doctor reckoned it was Scrotal dermatitis and had prescribed me antihistamine tablets like Telfast and anti fungal creams named Clonea, Derm -Aid and miconazole. It didnt cure with all these until 45 days, hence I consulted another dermatlogist who prescribed me Clotrimazole and tablet named Levocetirizine Then in month of May, I returned to India and the indian doctor prescribed me Itraconazole tablets- Itrasys 400 along with Itraconazole dusting powder (Funzi -IT) and an antifungal cream name- Funzi L Currently I m also taking Terbinaforce 500 and Histafree-120 for instant relief, however the itching becomes worse during nights

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I you were my patient, I would request you to continue Terbinaforce and Histafree along with dusting powder. Look for improvement for at least 3 weeks. If there is no improvement at all, go for second line therapy. Please avoid over the counter creams and wear sundried innerwear. Wear loose fitting clothing.
