How Can Severe Itchy Rashes On The Inner Thighs Be Treated?

I am concerned about my 20 yr old granddaughter. She has rash looking patches on her inner thighs and legs. It is itchy, spreading, burning. Not draining or pus.it s burning, and tender, not swollen. Since it costs , and I was not made aware of that ahead of time and I cannot pay for it.

It could be an allergic reaction and would require antihistamines. Topical calamine lotion would be needed for symptomatic relief. Upload an image of the area , please.
