How Can Severe Knee Pain With Knocking Be Treated?

hi, i am 49 yrs old female suffering with severe knee pain. MRI shows tricompartmental degenerative osteoarthropathi changes.,Chondromalacia patellae grade 4 at the lateral patellar facet and ridge,Focal Area of marrow edema around the adjoining tibial attachment of medial collateral ligament-grade 1 ligament strain,Mild Joint effusion and presence of a baker's cyst. 2 days prior to MRI local aspiration was done and injection DEPU-MEDROL was given.Still having knee locking.Will Mega free flex work on it?? What do you suggest as a treatment?
