How Can Severe Leg Pain Be Treated?

i have my legs pain last one year in night it pain to much if there is no moment on leg than i cant walk properly, after in night sleeping and get in morning i not able to stand properly and walk after some time iam feel ok pls tell me wht i can do for this truble
