How Can Severe Loose Stools In An Infant Be Treated?

Hi,my daughter is 3 months now and she has loose motions from begining ,around 15 to 20 times she passes stool in a day.she urinates well.color of motion is yellow sometimes watery and sometimes like curdy white,she is completely on breastfeeding,at begining when she was born for 2 days i had no milk production so she was on cow milk,later she suffered from jaundice and treated on photo therepy,her birth weight was 3kg,later reduced to 2.75 kgs,then i consulted docs nearby for her motion problem they said that its completely normal,her weight is now 4.2 kgs,but she seems to have problem while passing stool by pushing her legs up and making her stomach hard.and she is crying often from 4 days as she is uncomfortable with stomach,am using cripe water. 6 days before her stool contain little redish color in it ,today also she had similar stool.am very worried what is normal or not.i need ur help.suggest me wheather should i start her giving lactogen formal based milk.
