How Can Severe Lower Backache Be Treated?

I m on plavix. was in a wreck and suffer back spasms 7 yrs now. Aspirin helps, but blood thinner. Tylenol causes lower back pain and side pain. So the METHOCARBAMOL makes me worse. Off hydrocodone which helped but caused MORE body pain when wearing off. Waiting to see pain management doc. Wearing tens unit, but can t get normal stuff done, I have to keep lying down; my whole left side bunches up up and spasms begin! any ideas? 7 yrs phys therapy, chiropractor, spinal injections!
