How Can Severe Migraine Be Treated?

I’ve had migraines since I was 10 years old. I’ve been put on several different medications and none worked. I’ve had CAT scans done and they come back normal. I am now 18. My migraines have always been pain on the left side of my head but they recently switched to the right side and it seems even more painful. What could this be?

Some advices that I can give to you are :
-Pain relievers. Aspirin or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others) may help relieve mild migraines.
-Triptans. These medications are often used in treating migraines.
-Ergots.
-Anti-nausea medications. .
-Opioid medications.
-Glucocorticoids (prednisone, dexamethasone).
