How Can Severe Osteoarthritis In The Knees Be Treated?

Hello, I am 50 years old and have severe osteoarthritis in both knees. I have been getting cortisone shots for two years now. My last injection was January 26th. The injections are no longer helping and my I have severe pain in my knees. The last injection was so painful, it brought me to tears. The doctor said there is hardly any space left. What can I do? I am constantly in pain

Consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

If the pain persists despite taking steroid shot, you can go for knee replacement.
