How Can Severe Pain And Bleeding In Nose Be Treated?

I had an HSG 6 days ago and got horrible pain and heavy bleeding afterwards,still had horrible pain by the 5th day so they gave me an antibiotic and today is the 6th day and Im in a lot of pain,body aches,migraines,today I kept smelling blood but my nose has yet to bleed but I have severe pain in it as well,do you think thats all from the HSG?

There are 2 factors you have mentioned
1. HSG: you have undergone HSG 6 days ago and has severe pain as well as bleeding which still continues. In spite of an antibiotic you are suffering from lot of pain, body ache, migraines, and now also developed smelling of the blood.
2. smelling of the blood but nose has not yet bled.

Yes, both the issues may be interlinked.
It is possible that the increase in blood pressure can cause blood to come in the nose and hence you smelt so.

I would advise you the following:
- Get a second opinion of another Gynecologist as you need to know why the HSG has caused so much problems. This never happens so.
- Examination of the blood pressure, other vitals , test of blood for bleeding time, clotting time and all relevant tests,
CT scan of the sinuses and the pelvis to ascertain the cause and effects to get the proper diagnosis and treatment.
