How Can Severe Pain Caused Due To Hernia Be Relieved?
I have an abdominal hurnia that has become extremely painful when I walk, reach up, bend down, or lift something. I was diagnosed with it 3 months ago. At that time the Dr said to just push it back in which did work until today, it will not pop back it. No fever.

sif you cant push it back or there is redness of the skin overlying hernia or there is pain and fever in progressive trend, then you need to see doctor urgently since it may indicate incarcerated hernia which require surgical operation as soon as possible. If these things are not present then you can treat it by laying down and taking painkillers and try to push hernia back after you relax. However, I suggest to plan surgical repair of hernia in future since it may just become larger and cause more pain then it cant be cured with any other treatment but surgery so you should consult abdominal surgeon in short time.
