How Can Severe Pain Due To Fibromyalgia Be Treated?

I have fibromyalgia and tried amitriptyline 25 and 50mg it helped my pain and sleeping but I had bad side effects...now I am up to 60mg. Of Cymbalta but am not having success with pain and sleeping...not sure if I should increase or try something else

I would also recommend seeking a certified physical therapist that specializes in chronic pain reduction modalities. In my practice, I have found that combining oral medications with physical therapy, has greatly increased the quality of life among my fibromyalgia patients.
