How Can Severe Pain Due To Kidney Stone Be Treated?

Hi Dr I m male, 30 age, I ve 9.64mm stone in left kidney, Dr suggested me to take anaspas, flavospas , unfortunately no tablets iny home, can I take Meftal spas to reduce severe pain, after relaxing from pain I ll come sult the doctor, so can I take Meftal spas for time being to reduce pain

Hi and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your anxiety.
There's no harm in taking Meftal spas for few days,as an analgesic.
But the almost 1 cm stone, needs to come out with treatment.
Probably you should consult your Urologist and discuss ESWL treatment.
That should result in fragmentation of the stone and no more symptoms.
Drink about 12 to 15 glasses fluids daily.
