How Can Severe Pain In The Chest And Thighs Be Treated?

I crashed on my mountain bike 10 days ago landing on my chest and thighs. I have exacerbated what I thought was a bruise to my upper right chest near my armpit by working with concrete. Lifting 60 pound bags and mixing and pouring it, as well as raking and digging and ultimately smoothing concrete with my right hand. While I was working Saturday, about 36 hours ago I was able to keep working, but when I stopped working I could barely move. I have been incapacitated since then. It hurts to breathe and I have used all of the pain killers I can.

I think you should go immediately to ER and they will hear your lungs and do a x'-ray. The bleeding in pleura or pneumothorax due to are suspected.
