How Can Severe Pain In The Hamstrings And Heels Be Treated?
What is the typical treatment for L5 paracentral disc protrusion which results in narrowing the lateral recess and displacing the descending S1 nerve root? I have no pain in my back however I have severe pain in my hamstring down to my heel. I have appointment with neurosurgeon in 2 weeks.

if its very severe the disc protrusion, surgery is advisable..that can decrease your symptoms as well
