How Can Severe Pain In The Knees Be Treated?

I am 60 years old. injured my knee in early 20 ties. Had orthoscopic surgery. was told need a new knee but to young wait ill I am older. I have a sprung back bulging 4 and 5th vertebras. and a tear in my arm. I have had injections that did not help. I am in chronic pain. I live with heating pad. I do not go shopping I don t do anything causes of the pain. I was put on Percocet 10mg. Lo and be hoe pain gone. now cant get those cause of people abusing drugs. I am looking for a doctor that can prescribe me Percocet 5 12. Please help
