How Can Severe Pain In The Knees Be Treated?

I had knee surgery and when they did the surgery they put a turnagant on my thigh. Up high very tight. It hurt a lot after the surgery.. Now I get pain like bee stings consistently all day long. Nerve damage I assume. What is the best medicine to take and can the nerve damage be reversed? YYYY@YYYY Dot Miley
