I fell walking on a flat floor (do it periodically) I thought I was ok and stayed working. Took some ibuprofen as it was a pretty hard fall and put ice on my knee. Now I can barely stand up. Should I just go home and continue the same treatment for the evening to see where it goes or go to urgent care and get it looked at? The pain has been decently alarming thorough the day.
