How Can Severe Pain In The Left Knee Be Treated?

I am having terrible pain when especially when I walk in my left front leg getting worse when I walk. It hurts when I am sitting, I feel it to the lower left of my left knee. It feels like maybe a nerve. I am a stomach sleeper and I can t lay flat on my stomach or my leg will be in severe pain. The pain goes from my thigh to above my ankle. Never felt anything like this before and I ve had it now for 4 days and its not getting better.

hello there ,
welcome to healthcare magic.

After going through your history it seems like you have an issue in back. nerves which originate from back will travel through thigh knee and lower down to leg. and in some back problems there won't be back pain and only pain in lower limb. which increases in walking. problem in knee won't usually cause pain till ankle.

you need to get consulted to an orthopaedician inorder to get examined in person and get invesgitagated if needed. it's never too late. that's my suggestion.

I hope this solves your query.
thank you.
