How Can Severe Pain In The Neck And Ribs Be Treated?

Hi, I have a broken 3rd left rib. It has two breaks. One at the top, and the other I think under my arm pit. Due to a guy popping my back whennall I did was complain about neck pain because I slept wrong. Thursday will be two weeks. Anyhow the pain is getting worse than better. From the time I lie down to getting up. What can I do for this? I m getting worried. I also just injured my low back, so I have two things going on. Ugh

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Rib fracture needs atleast 3-4 weeks for healing.
During these 3-4 weeks you should follow these steps for faster healing.
1. Wear rib belt.
2. Take painkiller and anti inflammatory drugs.
3. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
4. Sit and sleep with proper back support.
5. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
So start all these android wait for 2 weeks more.
You will mostly improve with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
