How Can Severe Pain In The Neck And Shoulder Be Treated?

Hello, I have prolonged pain in my neck, right shoulder and arm for several months. I also find it harder to control my right arm than left arm, like my right arm is stiff and doesn t respond. Sometimes it also shakes. It is very hard for me to hold small things like spoons or pens, and also hard to straighthen the fingers What kind of doctor should I see?
