How Can Severe Pain In The Neck And Shoulders Be Treated?

Yes, I have extensive pain in my neck and shoulder area and have had broken my left collorbone and have calicium buildup at the broken area and it has always been a constant aggreivating burning pain that is overwhelming? Any answers how to relieve the pain?

You can take Naproxen (1 tablet once daily, for 2-3 weeks), Paracetamol+Codeine Phosphate (twice daily for 10 days).
You can also try physiotherapy.
