just researching tips on m anaging pain....3 compression fractures in thoracic spine area ...pain in ribs arms neck and head...recently see to have ches pain with this...y heart is good..just had stress test....i am. 76yrs young and very active...still work pt

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
