Kindly get a steroid shot at least for your pain or any nerve blocks which can help you relieve pain. Best is the range of motion correction under surgery a day care procedure.
If you cannot afford for all this, at least take some painkillers for temporary relief until you show to the doctor. Any painkillers like Diclofenac and Tramadol can be taken for 3 to 5 days.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Archana
