I AM EXPERINCING TERRIBLE PULLING TOE PAIN THAT SENT ME TO ER. THEY JUST GAVMY E ME A MORHINE SHOT, BUT IT HAS RETURNED. NOW I AM GETTING THE SAME PAIN IN MY HANDS. I HAVE TERRIBLE SHOULDLER PAIN THAT LEAVES MY SHOULDERS AND ARMS VERY HEAVY AND A BURNING PAIN.

You might be having arthritic pain since you are saying all the possible joints involved and don't know if you having swelling or redness in the joints. Kindly get evaluated with orthopedics who are more accurate in treating these condition. Any anti-inflammatory drugs would be effective in treating this condition. You can use any painkiller for time being.
