General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the intensity of the pain is much, I would quote the best evaluation with an MRI to evaluate all the aspects of nerves, muscles, tendon, cartilages and bones of the shoulder area.

The primary care of possible Rotator cuff injury contains analgesic spray, medications with assisted physiotherapy as per the evaluation of ortho surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
